Production infrastructure designed to stay understandable.
We design deployment and production infrastructure for software systems that need dependable releases, secure configuration, observability and room to grow without unnecessary complexity.
Problems we solve
- Applications that work locally but fail unpredictably when moved into production
- Manual deployments that are difficult to reproduce or roll back safely
- Systems with limited visibility into errors, latency, dependencies or resource pressure
- Infrastructure complexity growing faster than the product actually requires
What we build
- Cloud deployment architecture
- CI/CD and release workflows
- Managed databases and storage
- Queues, caching and background processing
- Monitoring and observability foundations
- Environment and configuration management
Engineering priorities
Repeatability
Deployments and environments should be reproducible rather than dependent on undocumented manual steps.
Visibility
Logs, metrics and health signals should make important production failures diagnosable.
Security
Secrets, access, network exposure and environment configuration are treated as operational controls.
Proportionality
Infrastructure should solve measured requirements without introducing distributed complexity prematurely.
Common questions
Do we need Kubernetes or microservices to scale?
Not necessarily. Many systems can scale well with a simpler architecture. We prefer adding distributed complexity only when operational evidence and product requirements justify it.
Can you improve an existing deployment setup?
Yes. A production-readiness review can identify deployment risk, configuration problems, observability gaps and the highest-value reliability improvements.
What should be monitored first?
Start with user-facing availability, request error rate and latency, then the health of databases, queues, external dependencies and resource constraints that explain those outcomes.
